Yes. This is standard practice for us. We plan all works around building occupancy — conducting noisy or dusty works during off-peak hours, maintaining building cooling at all times during plant replacement, and coordinating with tenants and building management throughout. Method statements are provided before mobilisation so all stakeholders know what to expect.
A typical commercial building chilled water plant replacement takes 2–4 months, depending on the number of chillers, access constraints, and the phasing agreed with building management. We replace equipment unit by unit so the building always has partial cooling capacity. Temporary chiller provision can be arranged if required during the transition.
For strata buildings, our maintenance contract covers common area ACMV — lobby AHUs, corridor and common area FCUs, carpark ventilation fans, chilled water plant (chillers, cooling towers, pumps), and BMS monitoring. Individual unit ACMV is separate unless specifically included. We provide monthly service reports and 24/7 emergency response for common area faults.
Yes. We design and deliver ACMV systems aligned with BCA Green Mark requirements — energy-efficient chiller selection, VSD retrofits, BMS optimisation, and commissioning to the performance standards required for Green Mark certification. We work with building owners and M&E consultants on Green Mark submissions.
