Winsteam Engineering was founded in Singapore in 1994 with a simple proposition: deliver reliable ACMV and building services engineering with technical competence and professional accountability.
Over three decades, that focus has remained unchanged. What has changed is the breadth of our capability. From our origins as an ACMV contractor serving the hospitality sector, we have expanded to deliver integrated MEP engineering — handling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works as a single, coordinated package.
We added cleanroom design and validation capability to serve pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory clients, bringing our ISO 14644-compliant cleanroom expertise to GMP-regulated environments.
Today, Winsteam serves six sectors across Singapore — hotels, commercial offices, factories and warehouses, data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and healthcare laboratories — with a team that has grown in both size and specialisation, but has maintained the same in-house, directly employed approach that our clients have relied on since 1994.
